Partnership aims to tackle outpaced demand for senior positions in rapidly growing markets where agri investment has overtaken supply of senior managers

Recruitment firm Redfox Executive Selection and pan-Africa development fund Agri Frontier have announced a new collaboration to help fill senior level positions in rapidly-scaling international markets.
The two firms said they are responding to demand for experienced leadership in countries where agricultural investment and infrastructure has expanded rapidly, and where supply of senior management has outpaced supply.
The partnership will combine Agri Frontier’s on-the-ground network and project involvement across Africa, with Redfox’s established international network across agriculture, horticulture and fresh produce, to provide access to a broad global talent pool.
“Across the sectors we operate in, we are seeing increasing demand for leadership talent in international markets, particularly in regions where agriculture is scaling rapidly,” said Redfox MD, Max MacGillivray.
“This collaboration allows us to connect that demand with the right individuals globally, in a way that is both targeted and effective.”
CEO and founder of Agri Frontier, Andrew Ritchie, said: “By working with Redfox, we can significantly enhance our ability to source and secure the right people to support these opportunities and deliver long-term success for our clients.”
The collaboration will focus on roles across agriculture, fresh produce, agribusiness and food systems, ranging from mid-management through to board-level appointments.
