Reiser UK is targeting the slicing and dicing markets with its wide range of Holac equipment.

The exclusive UK distributor offers a range of Holac slicers and dicers that can satisfy the needs of food companies large and small. A number of models are available offering the capacity to process up to 3,000kg of diced products per hour.

At entry level is HO21 ñ a small semi-automatic unit suitable for use with all kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables. This compact machine is particularly suited to small food processors. The high quality stainless steel construction ensures that it is durable, adding to its economy and making it ideal for small businesses.

Hygiene was a motivator in the development HO21 ñ it has been designed to be easily and quickly stripped down for effective cleaning, allowing food producers to ensure levels of hygiene are maintained.

For larger food producers Reiser offers AUT30. This larger automatic universal cutting machine is designed for high volume production and allows continuous loading through the large pre-fill chamber.

For perfect portion slicing, Reiser offers its Sectomat range of slicing machines. The 23/100C slicer is capable of slicing up to 400 cuts per minute depending on the product. The easy to operate computer-controlled machine ensures ease of use, and allows product programmes to be stored ñ which means that individual slice thickness and speed of output can be stored for each product. The divider option also calculates the product length, and ensures that the maximum slice thickness and yield is achieved from each product sliced. Overall this is an ideal choice of machine for anyone who needs to slice fresh, cooked or tempered meats.
