Scales' T&G share increase blocks BayWa bid
The decision by Christchurch-based company Scales to increase its share in T&G by a further 4.3 per cent, adding to the six per cent stake it purchased from ACC last year, has blocked BayWa’s takeover bid for T&G, TVNZ has said.
