Selfridges has launched a Delicious Ireland promotion at its London store as a showcase for food and drink from the island with the support of Bord Bia, Invest Northern Ireland and Tourism Ireland.
Some 50 different producers including Highbank Orchards and Glens of Antrim Potatoes. The promotion runs for the rest of the month and the renowned food hall at the Oxford Street store will also play host to cookery demonstrations by some of Ireland’s most influential chefs.
