Soil Association bosses have announced a key event to encourage farmers to supply organics more widely.
The showcase, to be held in Oxfordshire on April 8, aims to show producers how they can join together in schools, restaurants, hospitals and other local outlets.
Visitors will be treated to a special focus on devlopments in Oxfordshire, where the 'Faringdon Hub' initiative is seen as a good model for the future.
Other highlights include trends in consumer purchasing, looking at problems faced and techniques for overcoming difficulties.
