TCK Fresh Produce, based in Hayes, Middlesex, exhibited at Fruit Logistica for the first time this year, as it looks to expand its sales opportunities outside the UK.
Managing director Sukhminder Toor, pictured (left) with general manager Bola Oyenubi, said: “We supply fresh, prepared fruit and vegetables to the non-retail markets and we believe we can use the UK as a hub for Europe. Currently we serve foodservice companies such as 3663 and Brake’s, as well as food manufacturers in the UK - but this is the first time we have looked to extend our horizons into continental Europe.
“There are not as many companies doing what we do in Europe for the catering industry, but there is a growing demand for the product and Fruit Logistica offers us the opportunity to talk to and meet with potential customers from many countries,” he said.
