The first British garden peas of the season will be harvested today at Sandfields Farm, Warwickshire.
Wealmoor Ltd will supply the fresh peas, which will be on the shelves from Monday.
This year’s harvest is slightly earlier than last year due to good growing conditions.
The product will be available right through to the beginning of October, ending with late production from Scotland.
