HortiFlora Europe-Poland 2006, the third running of the event, will have a new organiser. The National Polish Horticultural Association (SITO) has signed an agreement with BTO Exhibitions BV to jointly organise the biennial event, in Warsaw on March 28-30.

Exhibitors in 2004 included the Flower Council of Holland, The International Flower Bulb Centre, the Sri Lanka Export Development Board, The Sicilian Ministry for Co-operation, Trade, Craft & Fisheries and several leading eastern European organisations. The 2006 edition will be the first to be fully affected by the accession of eastern Europe countries into the European Union.

“We are pleased to start our partnership with BTO and are confident that we can offer the entire Polish horticulture sector and all our Polish members an excellent trade exhibition,” said Dr Andrzej Holewinski, SITO president.
