New digital platform combines The WFL Supplier Scorecard and The Knowledge Hub

Worldwide Fruit has announced the launch of a Resilience Hub, a new digital platform developed in partnership with Blue North Sustainability to support shared sustainability progress across its global supply base.
The Resilience Hub brings together two core components – The WFL Supplier Scorecard and The Knowledge Hub. It is described as a new digital platform developed to support collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across its global supplier network.
Launched in February, the platform provides a dedicated space for Worldwide Fruit’s suppliers and retail partners to track sustainability progress, compare performance, access practical guidance, and engage with resources that support long-term resilience across the supply chain.
The Scorecard is a structured framework that supports the assessment of sustainability performance across six core categories, namely foundational compliance, commitment, carbon, water, biodiversity and transparency.
The Scorecard methodology builds on the Carbon Heroes award system to provide a consistent framework for assessing sustainability performance, the company explained.
The Resilience Hub is designed to support a farmer-led approach to building resilience, turning individual sustainability actions into shared learning across the global supply network.
Individual grower scores are aggregated to produce a supplier-level score, supporting progress tracking and performance comparison over time. Growers applying other credible tools may also be acknowledged through the Recognition Mark.
The Knowledge Hub, meanwhile, is a resource library offering practical tools, templates, guidance, training materials and case studies to help suppliers adopt new practices and address sustainability challenges.
