New Freshtime recruits: Becky Hourihan, Emily Criddle and Katie Fletcher    

Prepared vegetable and snack producer Freshtime has made five new appointments to join its procurement, marketing and technical teams at its Lincolnshire headquarters.

Previous Orchard House Foods employee Jodie Dean joins as development technologist and brings experience working with Tesco and Marks & Spencer.

New business and marketing graduate Callum Albrighton has been named as marketing data analyst, while Katie Fletcher has been appointed as factory planner after a career in the British Army as air traffic controller.

Previous Bakkavor employee Becky Hourihan has been named as production manager and sustainable development graduate Emily Criddle joins as temporary procurement assistant.

“I’m delighted with all our new recruits,” said Freshtime managing director Mark Newton.

“We are steadily building a team with a really strong skill set, and our performance as a business is going from strength to strength as a result.”
