Meal kit brand Gousto is launching a new ‘Get-Together’ box ahead of the festive season with eight recipes for a variety of Christmas mealtimes.
A box for up to eight guests with an RRP of £74.99 (£9.37 per person) and free delivery. It comes as rival meal kit brand Hello Fresh launched its Christmas dinner box, including a butter-basted turkey and all the veg trimmings.
“Unlike other Christmas recipes boxes, we’re giving customers what they want: a recipe box which caters for the entire seasonal period,” said Gousto CEO and founder Timo Boldt.
Meals include balsamic and redcurrant glazed pork loin and vegetarian options such as caramelised mushroom and cheddar brioche sliders, and beetroot hummus with baby vegetable crudités. Customers also receive add-ons such as a party prep guide with tips and fun activities.
