The theme for this year's FoodEAST conference, taking place on October 22 in Peterborough will be Improved Profitability through Growth and Innovation.
Confirmed speakers include Sir Don Curry CBE who heads the government's new farming and food policy group and Lawrence Mallinson co-founder of the New Covent Garden Soup Company.
The principle sponsor, the East if England Development Agency (EEDA) will highlight findings of its regional Food and Drink Strategy, creating a detailed picture of the region's food industry.
Bernard Stewart-Deane of Taylor Vinters who is organising the event on behalf of the sponsors said: “FoodEAST is designed to showcase successful product development and to highlight consumer trends and demands.
