Machinery specialist RJ Herbert Engineering has reported strong sales of its latest design pre-washing system for vegetables.
The new wet reception hopper takes the best elements of previous soak tanks and is a three-in-one system.
The company has also installed two large washing and grading lines for a major carrot and parsnip packhouse in Scotland this year, as well as a new washline order in France.
