René Hellinghausen the CEO of Intercontainer-Interfrigo (ICF) submitted his resignation to the board at its meeting on May 14.
Following a serious illness in autumn 2002 Hellinghausen was soon back at work determined to complete a number of urgent tasks to enable ICF reaching its targets. One of these was to transform ICF into a limited company.
Now the objectives have been reached, Hellinghausen has decided to take a few months' break and then plans to launch into a new professional challenge.
Hellinghausen will leave the company at the end of 2003, which leaves the board six months to find a successor.
