Norfolk’s Preva Produce is introducing a flush of colour into the potato market with a new spud named Miss Blush.
The red and white potato is grown in Norfolk and packed at Preva’s high-tech packing facility in Snetterton.
Company director Will Beeson said: ‘’It is a very versatile cooking potato, which customers love first and foremost for it’s unique and stunning appearance. We are very excited about developing the variety and bringing it to more and more customers.”
It is being released into the wholesale and foodservice sector.
