The programme for the second International Fresenius ‘Novel Food’ Conference, to be held in Cologne, Germany on November 4-5, has been unveiled.

Some 18 international experts from the fields of politics, science and business, including representatives from the European Commission, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the industry - Nestlé, Unilever, Cognis and BASF - will speak about new novel food legislation, practical experiences with dossiers and nanotechnology.
