Bomfords Group prepared produce division Bomfords Prepared, also known as B Prepared, was sold as a full going concern to Keelings on Friday evening. The deal was made for an undisclosed sum.
No other parts of the Bomfords Group have yet been sold, according to administrator Deloitte Birmingham.
B Prepared supplies prepared fresh produce and herbs to the supermarket sector, is based in Pershore and has a projected turnover of £10 million and 120 employees.
