Packaging specialist Sharpak has unveiled a new range of products following a major investment programme.

The products include a larger range of SPS punnets in six depths, including a 56mm depth developed for a major supermarket promotion.

Meanwhile the company is offer a c-LOW polypropylene material in some of the vegetable, top- and stonefruit packaging, which is said to offer significantly lower carbon footprint.

The material is part of wider materials research looking at lowering carbon footprints, zero landfill and 100 per cent recycling.
