IVG White has seen a minor reduction in turnover and pre-tax profit.
The Northamptonshire-based fruit and veg firm posted a pre-tax profit of £806,401 for the year ending November 2014, on a turnover of £56 million.
This was down from the previous year's figures of a £830,866 pre-tax profit on a £57.8m turnover, according to accounts held at Companies House.
Speaking in a report accompanying the accounts, director Caroline Keeling, who is also CEO of IVG White's parent company, Keelings, said: 'The continued success of the company has been achieved by the people working in it.
'There are many long-serving members of staff and the relatively low turnover of personnel reflects the general policy of providing good terms and conditions of employment while dealing with staff, as well as the other stakeholders in the business, in a fair and consistent manner.'
