Snodgrass brings over 20 years’ experience in senior executive roles and is involved in multiple boards
New Zealand fresh produce company LeaderBrand has announced the appointment of Rod Snodgrass to its Holding Board and the role of board chair from January 2026.
Snodgrass has a BCA in Finance and is a New Zealand and Australian Fellow Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of NZ Institute of Directors and has a Masters in Growth. He has more than 20 years’ experience in senior executive roles specialising in strategy, innovation, digital growth, and transformation in New Zealand. He also is a Global Open ExO consultant and community member.
In a release announcing the appointment LeaderBrand said Snodgrass has a proven track record in building and executing corporate, market, business and product shaping and building strategies in Telco, media, internet, digital, and energy sectors.
He is currently on the Forsyth Barr board, ARC chair, SMX board and chair, Electric Kiwi board and chair. He is also involved in several start-up enterprises as both an investor, mentor, and advisor.
“Snodgrass is an advocate for strategic direction and business innovation. His strength on boards is to help companies look at growth, transformation, and change,” LeaderBrand said.
