Blueberry supplier recognised for its varietal offering and efforts to extend the blueberry supply window
Coles has named Mountain Blue as its Fresh Produce Supplier of the Year at the retailer’s 2026 Supplier Partner Awards in Melbourne on 22 October.
The annual awards recognise Australian farmers, producers and businesses that go above and beyond to consistently deliver high-quality products and impactful partnerships around the country. Awards are given for nine categories, including Fresh Produce Supplier of the Year.
Mountain Blue was named this year’s recipient and recognised by Coles for ”the outstanding quality of its exclusive Eureka blueberries and its work to transform the availability of premium blueberries, extending supply from eight weeks to nine months of the year”.
Coles chief commercial officer Anna Croft said the awards celebrated suppliers and partners who keep innovating and finding new ways to deliver for customers.
“Our suppliers play such an important role in what we do, and this year they’ve helped us welcome hundreds of new products and find new ways to make shopping easier and more convenient for our customers,” Croft said.
“These awards are an opportunity to celebrate their fresh thinking, commitment, and the role they play in helping us deliver the quality, value and products Australians know and love.”
