Premier will serve as the sub-licensee for Montague’s stonefruit offerings
Premier Fresh Australia has expanded its international fresh produce trading footprint through a new premium stonefruit marketing agreement with Montague Farms.
“Montague’s premium varieties are a perfect fit for Premier’s international portfolio, reflecting a shared commitment to fresh produce excellence,” said Premier chief commercial officer (CCO), Dean Gall.
”With Premier’s extensive global network complementing Montague’s existing global network, we look forward to growing the export market share of these brands by reaching more customers and markets than ever before. It also complements our existing and exclusive varietal stonefruit offering with Cutri Fruit.”
Under the agreement, Premier Farms International (PFI) — a joint venture between Premier Fresh Australia, Cutri Fruit & Camera Group — will serve as the sub-licensee of Montague’s Nectara, Montague Tree, Croc Egg, and Donut Peach brands and varieties.

Montague Farms chief of growth and sales, Scott Montague, added: “Premier Farms International and Montague are committed to delivering premium Australian-grown fruit to the world. Its farms — located in Shepparton, Swan Hill, Katunga and a state-of-the-art packing facility in Narre Warren — will strategically complement Premier’s existing network and further enhance export capabilities.
