McColl previously served as CFO at Silver Fern Farms for over nine years
Zespri has appointed Vicki McColl as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
McColl previously served as CFO at Silver Fern Farms for over nine years where she led the finance and corporate services functions. Before Silver Fern Farms, she held senior finance roles at Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific and Rio Tinto.
McColl will start her new role in August 2025, taking over from the recently departed Richard Hopkins who is now CFO at Mercury NZ, and Cassandra Greeff who has held the position on an interim basis.
Zespri CEO Jason Te Brake said McColl joins the company at a time of exciting growth and innovation for Zespri.
“Vicki joins Zespri with a distinguished career in finance and leadership, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles in the resources and primary sectors,” he said. “Her expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in driving continued success and expansion in the global market.”
