The first Norfolk Anglia IT Managers Forum will be held on March 24 at Norwich City Football Club.

The event will provide the opportunity for IT managers from across East Anglia to meet, while gaining valuable knowledge regarding .NET technology, Windows 2003 and mobile data communications and security.

Clive Thomas, founder and managing director Anglia IT Recruitment, is responsible for the Anglia IT Managers Forum. He said: “It became clear that IT managers felt quite isolated and were keen to have the opportunity to share ideas and concerns with like-minded colleagues as well as learning about key issues affecting their industry.”

Topics at the event include: uses of technology within organisations, mobile computing and there will be a demonstration of innovative software developments in this arena.

More than 75 of the region’s IT managers will gather for the event, which is sponsored by Anglia Business Computers.
