The Total Sandwich Show is expanding and rebranding, to encompass a wider range of snack products and represent the increasing diversity of choice for consumers.

The ninth running of the event, on May 3-4 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, next year, will retain its familiar format as the trade show for the sandwich and fillings industry with the complementary snack element playing an enhanced role. The additions will be reflected by a new name - Total Sandwich and Snack - the show for the food-to-go industry.

Show director David Wilkins said the changes were a response to independent market research: “Consumers are eating on the go more and more and demand for new and exciting options is high. We have continued to broaden the show’s appeal in the range of products and services our exhibitors present. It’s important for a trade show to reflect what’s actually going on - this is a vibrant food sector and the research has identified some key areas of opportunity. It’s in the interest of our exhibitors and the buyers and the industry as a whole to respond to the research findings and continue to develop ahead of the rest.”

Stands booked before November 25 will receive a 10 per cent discount. Call 01707364364.
