The Convenience Retailing Show (CRS) 2010 is pulling out all the stops to make this year’s event bigger than ever before.

This year’s exhibition, to be held on 21-24 March at the NEC Birmingham, is co-located with no fewer than seven other exhibitions: Food & Drink Expo, Foodex, Café+, Baking Industry Exhibition, the International Forecourt & Fuel Equipment Show, the Off Licence Show and the new Food & Drink Logistics Show, which will give visitors an overview of the food and drink supply chain. Retailers’ tickets to CRS will give them free entry to all of these shows.

Retailers visiting CRS 2010 can meet up with 200 suppliers under one roof.

The visitor Discount Booklet also returns packed with exclusive show deals, which can save retailers thousands of pounds.

Café+ with Café+ Live is also back for 2010 and there is a comprehensive programme featuring some of the biggest names in the food-to-go category, including Costa Coffee, Nestlé and Pret a Manger.

Show director Matthew Butler said: “We really have pulled out all the stops this year to ensure that retailers visiting the Birmingham NEC between March 21-24 will get the very best the industry has to offer. That means top suppliers who will discuss retailers’ needs as well as experts offering free advice and excellent business tips. There’s no doubt it’s been a tough year for retailers, but a visit to CRS will definitely inspire them to take their businesses forward.”
