The fresh produce and fine food specialist said the launch marks a significant milestone in its commitment to providing “a dependable, seamless, efficient, and customised solution” for its customers.

The new platform will be launched on Wednesday 1 May, to coincide with Mudwalls exhibiting at the Farm Shop & Deli Show in Birmingham. It is said to offer a comprehensive array of products, insights, and features, including an extensive catalogue of high-quality fresh produce, fine foods, drinks and lifestyle produce.

There will be seasonal range recommendations, and the platform is said to seamlessly integrate high-level technology with industry expertise to streamline every aspect of the purchasing process.

According to Mudwalls, key features of the platform include a comprehensive product catalogue, intuitive ordering system, and detailed product information. It represents a one-stop shop, and offers 24/7 ordering and easy payment options.

Jonathan Lippett, managing director of Mudwalls Food Group, said: ”From our original establishment in 2010, this latest evolution of the Mudwalls business, associated rebranding, and the new e-commerce platform, is really exciting. We can offer independent retail and foodservice customers a unique and unrivalled service proposition, with a number of additional benefits, delivering a consistent and exceptional service.

”From a low minimum order, consolidated across all range categories (chilled, ambient and lifestyle), to exclusive brands and ranges across key categories, such as fresh produce and bakery, to high service level frequencies, via our own operated fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles, we are the right supply partner for most independent retail and foodservice customers.”
