Mark Affleck, chief executive officer of the California Avocado Commission, has left the organisation to pursue other interests. Mr Affleck had spent 20 years with the Avocado Commission in his role as president and CEO. Senior vice-president Tom Bellamore will serve as acting CEO until a replacement can be found, according to The Packer.
