Key Technology has announced the appointment of Jeff Nickerson as it new product marketing manager, responsible for all of the group's lines including automated inspection, specialised conveying and product preparation systems.
Mr Nickerson's specific focus at the US-based group is to support customers in international markets, looking at development and opportunities in growth markets of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Previous roles for Mr Nickerson have included product line manager for PPM Technologies, based in Sweden, and, most recently, product line manager at Wright Machinery where from his London, UK base he was responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
'With his international business experience in the food processing industry and his strong engineering background, Jeff is ideally suited to help Key plan and manage marketing activities in emerging markets,' said senior director of marketing Randy Unterseher. 'Jeff is a valuable resource for our customers and a terrific addition to our team.
