Costa Container Lines (CCL) has joined forces with INTTRA's global carrier network, initially for Brazil and Argentina, to bring the total number of member carriers to 22.

Ken Bloom, CEO at INTTRA, said that he was happy that CCL had selected to work with INTTRA, and harboured the belief that INTTRA's products and services would match the group's needs well. "We're grateful for the support of INTTRA and are honoured to be their business partner as they continue to grow their presence," he said.

"For many years now, CCL has transported every type of cargo in containers, from coffee to cars, from fruit to meat, from machinery to plant engineering parts," added Giuseppe Godano, general manger at CCL. "Our industry experience has allowed us to model our resources and strategies to meet the needs of both small and large industrial corporations, and it's this experience that has directly led to the company working with an experienced global provider such as INTTRA."

CCL, a division of the Hamburg Süd Group, trades between South, central and North America, the Mediterranean and Africa.

INTTRA offers a range of e-commerce products to help shippers and forwarders plan, process and manage their documentation with their carriers.
