Lincolnshire-based The Organic Salad Company BV received the first shipment of organic round tomatoes from its specialist organic growers based in the Canary Islands.
The company’s technical manager Jeff Ffitch and Allfruit International’s Peter Smart both give their seal of approval last week.
The Organic Salad Company serves major UK retailers with locally and internationally sourced organic salad products, specialising in organic peppers, tomato, aubergines and cucumbers.
