Delegations from the US, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, France, Cameroon, India, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority and other neighbouring countries will participate in the Agro-Mashov Agricultural Exhibition, to be held at the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds from February 28 to March 1.
Haim Alush, general manager of the Agro-Mashov Exhibition, said that the exhibition is one of the largest held in Israel, and has exhibited the country's agricultural achievements for the past 16 years, with over 100 exhibitors from Israel and from foreign countries. He added that owing to the improvement in the geo-political situation in the region, more delegations from overseas are expected to visit the exhibition, including three leading European flower auctions.
The Agro-Mashov Agricultural Exhibition will focus on the greenhouses of the future, where several leading Israeli companies will unveil the latest innovations in greenhouse cultivation technologies. In addition, a special Aqua-Israel section will be devoted to the water sector, such as irrigation, water management and desalination, as well as the environment, infrastructures, water supply to municipalities, and recycling.
