Premium British strawberries from the innovative grower are now available to a wider market
Nationwide Produce has added Dyson Farming’s premium British strawberries to its winter range for wholesalers, caterers and foodservice customers.

Grown in Dyson Farming’s state-of-the-art 26-acre glasshouse and powered by a unique circular farming system, the strawberries are described as delivering exceptional flavour, size, and appearance. They are already listed in Ocado, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Co-op, Harrods, and Lincolnshire farm shops.
“Dyson Farming strawberries are exceptional – in flavour, consistency, colour and quality,” said Tim O’Malley, chairman of Nationwide Produce. ”They come at a premium, but for a good reason. The circular farming system behind them is highly innovative and produces a British strawberry that genuinely tastes like summer in winter.
”We’re excited to offer chefs and wholesalers a standout British product at a time of year when quality is hard to come by.”
Dyson Farming’s winter production is powered by renewable energy from its on-site anaerobic digestion (AD) plant, which transforms farm-grown energy crops and glasshouse waste into electricity, heat and nutrient-rich digestate for the fields.
The closed-loop system underpins strawberry production across 1.2 million plants, supported by advanced robotics and precision-growing technology that delivers 1,250 tonnes of premium berries annually.
Lucie Redwood of Dyson Farming added: “Our passion is producing exceptional strawberries year-round – fruit that’s both delicious and highly nutritious. For chefs who value provenance and sustainability, our winter strawberries eliminate the need for compromise.
”They can create new festive traditions where British strawberries belong alongside mince pies and eggnog as naturally as they pair with pavlova and champagne in summer.”
