Baloian Farms recently expanded its sales staff with the hiring of Marcel Corella to accommodate recent growth and expansion, of the Nogales sales and procurement office.
Effective 16 December, Corella assumed the newly created position of sales assistant, with primary responsibility of assisting with the day-to-day activities within the sales department.
His other key duties include managing packing materials for Mexico and assisting with quality assurance as needed.
Corella’s future plans are to assist with the expansion of the Baloian Farms Nogales operation and facilitate their Mexican programme; of which he has already been spending time updating growers and planning the 2014/15 season.
Baloian Farms has maintained a Mexican grower programme for two years and has had offices in Nogales for one year, which are headed up by Luis Corella, sales & procurement, Mexico Operations.
