Zumex Group has launched two new devices that modify its juicing machines to allow them to handle larger and smaller-calibre fruits such as pomegranates, grapefruit and limes.
The Valencia-based company said its L and S extraction kits can be fitted to its range of automatic juicers in a matter of minutes and are easy to clean and maintain.
The L extraction Kit for large-calibre fruit measuring 75mm-95mm offers can process up to 40 pieces of fruit per minute, obtaining 2.5-4.5 litres of juice per minute, depending on the type of fruit used.
The S extraction Kit processes smaller-sized fruit (45mm-67mm) such as mandarins and limes.
