UK veg machinery specialist Haith Group has appointed Justin Krebs as new operations manager.
Krebs joins the group to oversee the company’s Doncaster production line, including responsibility for production forecasting, planning and analysis, as well as waste reduction and quality control.
The former machinist has over 30 years’ engineering experience, spanning production planning and management. He became production director of a bearings manufacturer in 2012 before joining Haith.
Krebs said: “Haith is an incredible success story and has grown without losing its values. The challenge is to continue to grow the company further while maintaining its focus on innovation not imitation, customer service, value for money and developing reliable and effective machinery. I'm really looking forward to the new challenge and working with such a great team.'
In September Haith unveiled their new £1.5 million factory extension to handle increased demand for sorting line machinery such as root veg polishers, barrel washers and box fillers.
