Company saw turnover grow by 15 per cent to €376mn
Spain’s Agroponiente Group has closed the 2024/25 campaign with its best results to date. Turnover increased by 15 per cent, reaching €376mn, continuing the growth trajectory the company embarked on in January 2022.
CEO Imanol Almudí praised the role of the Almerian Farmer in the company’s success. “This historic record is a reflection of what we achieve together. Our leadership cannot be understood without the trust of the farmers who support us every season,” he said.
“To all of them, thank you. And to those who join us this year, I want to tell you that you are coming to a winning project, solid and prepared to offer you the security you need.”
Highlighting Agroponiente’s role as a strategic partner to the region’s growers, Almudí noted: “In this sector, there is no room for improvisation. Every farmer is risking the fruits of months of sacrifice, and their family depends on things going well. At Agroponiente, we know this, and that’s why our priority is providing certainty: we deliver what we promise, offer stability, and work every day to defend your efforts in the fields. We are the partner that walks by your side”.
Agroponiente said the results of the latest campaign reaffirm its position as the driving force of the Almería countryside, its logistical capacity, national and international sales network, and strategy of constant and sustainable growth allowing the company to offer farmers the security of a company that opens markets and guarantees stability in an increasingly uncertain environment.
