Spanish company launches new range of greener packaging at the Berlin show
Spain’s Agroponiente Group showcased its new sustainable packaging formats at last week’s Fruit Logistica as part of its ongoing commitment to greener agriculture.

On a stand inspired by the greenhouses of Almería – highlighting the innovative production model of southeastern Spain and its efficient use of resources – the company debuted its new packaging for mini cucumbers, RAF tomatoes, and white courgettes, designed to align with European market trends and sustainability criteria.
Agroponiente’s presence at Fruit Logistica comes at a key moment for the company, as it gears up for the new spring season, while analysing the progress of the current winter season. During the trade fair, the Agroponiente team, comprised of 11 professionals, is maintaining a busy schedule of meetings with strategic clients, suppliers, institutions, and international partners. They have also held meetings focused on identifying new trends, formats, seeds, and innovations for the upcoming seasons.
“Fruit Logistica is an opportunity to strengthen our position in Europe, consolidate business relationships, and continue anticipating market demands,” said CEO Imanol Almudí.
“We come to Berlin at a time of company growth, with a solid project, a strong sales structure, and a clear commitment to sustainability as a strategic focus for the future.”
