Anecoop’s Pea-a-mole

Anecoop has launched a high-protein vegetable spread that combines the goodness of peas and avocados. Pea-Mole, made up of 95 per cent fresh ingredients, is the latest addition to the company’s Easy by Bouquet convenience range.

“With fewer calories and fat than traditional guacamole, this new addition to the Easy by Bouquet range has been subjected to evaluation by a panel of consumers led by AINIA, of which 92.1 per cent expressed their intention to repeat the purchase,” Anecoop said.

Pea-a-mole joins the growing line of prepared produce manufactured by Janus Fruit, a company of the Anecoop Group. This includes avocado hummus, traditional and spicy guacamole, organic guacamole, brocomole (broccoli and avocado), chickpea hummus and Mexican salsa.

Visitors to next month’s Fruit Logistica will have the opportunity to sample all the products at Anecoop’s stand, which will also feature the company’s extensive seasonal fruit and vegetable offering from Spain.

This includes a new line of red oranges, production of which is set to reach 2,000 tonnes this season, and Anecoop’s rapidly expanding organics range, Bio Bouquet, developed by its subsidiary Solagora.
