The chief executive of fruit supplier Westfalia, Henri Lambriex, has stepped down.
Lambieux is the founder and former managing director of UK importer Greencell, which was acquired by Westfalia's South Africa-based parent company, the Hans Merensky Organisation, in 2008.
Lambriex spent 15 years with Greencell and a quarter of a century in the fresh produce industry.
He told Hans Merensky's board that he was prepared to offer support on certain key projects in the future.
