Thomas will leave the COO position on 1 July this year, this group confirmed.

”This transition takes place at a moment when Enza Zaden stands on a strong organisational foundation and is entering the execution phase of its new strategy,” the group noted.

”Looking ahead to this next phase, Allison reflected on the energy and commitment required of continued board‑level leadership and concluded that this is the right moment to make space for the next stage.”

Enza Zaden said that, during her time on the board, Thomas had made an important contribution to strengthening the organisation.

She played a key role in developing robust capabilities and in strengthening collaboration across the business, the company pointed out, with many of the improvements introduced during the period now an important contribution to the organisation.

”Continuity is secured through an interim arrangement that ensures stability in governance and decision‑making,” the group noted. “Enza Zaden’s strategic direction and priorities remain unchanged.

”Enza Zaden thanks Allison for her valuable contribution over the past eight years and for the role she has played in building a strong foundation for the future.”
