Group turnover has grown from around €94mn to more than €150mn in three years

Spain’s Daifressh Group continues to expand and develop its supply model, bringing production and sourcing at origin closer to its logistics, consolidation and distribution operations at destination.
Its own production, an international network of growers and strategic partners, and its two consolidation centres in Central Europe provide Daifressh with integrated control and traceability throughout the supply chain. This enables the company to coordinate volumes, quality and logistics more closely, while adapting supply to market and customer needs.
“Our commitment to integration is based on a very clear idea: the closer we are to the origin and the better we connect it with our operations at destination, the more and better solutions we can offer our customers,” said managing director Ana Claramunt.
The development of this model is taking place alongside sustained growth across the group’s business, which is reflected both in its business activity and financial results. Over the past three years, group turnover has grown from approximately €94mn to more than €150mn, consolidating a sustained growth trajectory that continues into the current campaign.
This evolution is enabling Daifressh to continue investing in own production, new origins, infrastructure and operational capabilities, supporting business growth with an increasingly integrated structure prepared to undertake new projects.
Own production is also playing an increasingly important role in the company’s supply strategy. Alongside the development of new origins, Daifressh is increasing its own production to complement existing supply windows and expand the supply options and opportunities available to its customers.
“We want to continue growing, but also to strengthen the way we serve the market. Increasing our own production, developing new origins and strengthening our operations at destination gives us more options to design the right supply programme for each customer,” said Claramunt.
The result is a supply model that integrates production, sourcing, logistics and distribution across different origins and markets. This greater integration allows the Group to diversify supply risk, increase control over the different stages of the supply chain and strengthen its ability to ensure availability and continuity throughout the different production windows.
At this year’s Fruit Attraction, Daifressh will present new projects and developments linked to this expansion, as well as its plans to continue strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners across the fresh produce sector.
