The wholesaler said both labels – created to differentiate and add value to this category within its range – will be showcased at a new stand concept that brings its “Fruit of Passion” slogan to life.

The Sweet Panda brand brings together fruits such as passion fruit, lulo, pitahaya, babaco, baby bananas, tamarillo and sapote, with the aim of making the exotic fruit category more recognisable within the Fruits Ràfols range under the tagline ‘Real Exotic Taste’.

The company’s Paso Lagarto avocado brand as Sabor del Año 2026, achieving an average overall satisfaction score of 8.94 and an 88 per cent purchase intention among consumers. According to deputy director Helena Ràfols, the recognition confirms the company’s ability to select products and interpret the market. “The wholesale, retail and FMCG channels are demanding, and Paso Lagarto promises a creamy texture, optimal ripeness and an intense, natural flavour,” she said.

Raimon Solà, communications manager at Fruits Ràfols, said the redesigned stand brings the “Fruit of Passion” slogan to life without losing sight of the quality of its service and product or the company’s multi-brand, multi-product approach. “The result will be a space with a distinctly Ràfols personality: hard work, dedication and passion. The new stand will give greater prominence to our own brands, the produce on display and the sales team,” he said.
