A panel discussion titled “From Pipeline to Power – The Missing Link Between Gender Equity and Sustainability”, will be followed by a networking breakfast. The event takes place on Friday 6 February from 10:00-12:00 at the Insights Stage, Hall 21, Booth F-60.

Nuria Pizan, director of communications, marketing & PR of Global Women Fresh’s European Chapter, commented: “The event creates space for meaningful dialogue at a time when women remain underrepresented in strategic leadership roles despite clear evidence that gender-diverse teams deliver stronger performance, better decision-making, and more resilient business outcomes.”

This year’s panellists are:

• Kim Föllinger, senior central purchaser (Ultra Fresh) at Kaufland

• Theresa Ruperti, programme & partnership manager, Hanns R Neumann Stiftung

• Sanne van Hees, director product business management, Driscoll’s

• Cecilia Amador, regional sales manager, ProducePay

• Priscilla Nasrallah, co-owner Lina Frutas & ESG Director, Abrafrutas

“We would like to thank our partners: Fruit Logistica, IPD, Fruitnet, Dole, BerryWorld, WomenAgro, Associazione Nazionale Le Donne dell’Ortofrutta, Montosa and Consalo Family Farms for their support,” Pizan said.
