Fresh Market 2026 drew more than 350 fresh produce professionals to Ożarów Mazowiecki for its 20th edition, with Hazera’s Colourful Radishes taking the top prize ahead of entries from Titbit and Yuksel Seeds.

Fresh Market brought more than 350 fresh produce professionals to Ożarów Mazowiecki, near Warsaw, on 24 September 2026, as its 20th edition focused on direct access to buyers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
According to organiser KJOW, nearly 200 companies from around 25 countries took part, alongside representatives of more than 20 retail chains.
Participants travelled from as far afield as Colombia, Peru, Kyrgyzstan and Egypt to take part in the event, which centred on retailer meetings, with suppliers presenting their products directly to purchasing teams.
The audience was drawn from the fresh fruit, vegetable and flower trade, including growers, exporters, importers and distributors.
Organiser Artur Stasiak said the concentration of industry professionals and their openness to discussion enabled suppliers to establish numerous relevant contacts in a single day.
Returning participants, he added, included businesses that had used Fresh Market to enter the market and build relationships that continued to support their development.
”For retail buyers, the format offers a concentrated opportunity to assess potential suppliers and compare available products,” he said, adding that the “intensive schedule” gave purchasing teams a useful overview of the market within a short period.
Alongside the retail meetings, the Distributors Hub brought together nearly 20 distributors, wholesalers and importers, offering another route to market for suppliers.
Nearly 30 exhibitors presented fresh produce, seed varieties, packaging and other services for the industry.
Hazera’s Colourful Radishes won the Fresh Market Award 2026 Product of the Year, voted for by those participating at the event, and the group also secured the separate Readers’ Award through an online vote.
Titbit took second place with its ready-to-eat avocado, while Yuksel Seeds finished third with SWICY F1, a kapia-type pepper combining sweetness with a degree of heat.
The six-product field also included Ecoinver’s MiniGu cucumber, Rijk Zwaan’s Teganuma RZ F1 pink tomato and Den Berk Délice’s Yoom Délice tomato.
