Asset management firm acquires stake in company, which specialises in automation and input optimisation

Ikos Advanced, a Spanish agtech company that specialises in agricultural input optimisation and the automation of mechanical activities through artificial intelligence, has secured an €8mn investment with the entry of Impact Bridge Asset Management into its shareholder structure.
The transaction forms part of Ikos’s 2026-2030 strategic plan, aimed at accelerating the evolution of its platform, increasing the weight of recurring business and strengthening its deployment capabilities in priority markets.
The announcement follows a period of consolidation and marks the beginning of a new growth plan: in 2025, the company generated €7mn in revenue and is projecting €40mn by 2030, supported by the expansion of its platform and services offering.
The €8mn investment will be used primarily to develop the platform and the services offered, the company’s proprietary generative AI environment, participation in public innovation programmes and the commercial and operational scaling of the business. Ikos will undertake this new phase of growth both organically and inorganically, through strategic and complementary acquisitions.
In 2026, Ikos will accelerate its transition towards a PaaS (Platform as a Service) model, with the objective of integrating services, data and third-party connections within a single unified environment.
Ikos CEO Joaquín Soriano commented: “Impact Bridge’s entry comes at a decisive moment: we are turning Ikos One into the platform that articulates our vision of a more efficient and professionalised agricultural sector. This investment strengthens our ability to accelerate international expansion, reinforce strategic alliances and scale a model that multiplies the impact on each client, where artificial intelligence is the key differentiating factor”.
Fernando Sanz-Pastor, manager of IB Sustainable AgriFood Fund I, the private equity strategy specialising in the agri-food industry through which Impact Bridge has invested, added that “Ikos combines technological innovation with deep agricultural expertise to address one of the defining challenges of our time: the efficient use of water. This investment reflects our commitment to businesses that align technology, sustainability and profitability, and that actively contribute to building a more efficient agricultural model”.
Ikos Advanced is a Spanish AgTech company founded in 2019 in the province of Almería. The company develops its own ecosystem of sensors and a proprietary digital platform designed to optimise input use and automate field operations.
Its technology relies on internally developed algorithms that are continuously trained using artificial intelligence techniques, transforming agronomic data into actionable insights for farmers.
Its track record has been recognised with various awards, including the CaixaBank EmprendeXXI Awards (2023) and the Agro Almería Awards promoted by Cajamar. In addition, Ikos Advanced was part of the first edition of Cajamar Innova, the Cajamar Group’s incubator and accelerator for high-tech water focused companies.
