French association announces return of its animation series, which features twelve new episodes encouraging fruit and vegetable consumption among six to ten year-olds
Produce industry association Interfel has announced the return of Fraich’Force, a series of short animations aimed at boosting fruit and veg consumption among six to ten year-olds in its home market France.
The project sees the return of cartoon characters Frutti and Veggi in twelve 90-second episodes, as well as four new 15-second clips that highlight tomatoes, apples, courgettes, and grapes respectively.
These are backed by a range of promotional events across France and a dedicated media campaign.
All of the episodes will be broadcast on television channel Gulli from 29 September to 26 October, as well as Replay, YouTube, and VOL throughout October, with an overall target of 10mn views.
According to Interfel, the series offers kids and adults alike a chance to engage with the Fraich’Force saga again, or for the first time, and to learn about fresh fruit and vegetables in an educational, accessible, and humorous format.
To ensure maximum coverage for the campaign, the group has arranged a press event for 8 October at the Loft MK2 Hotel Paradisio in Paris, where influencers and their children will learn about fruit and vegetables, and watch Frutti and Veggi’s adventures.
Fraich’Force also ventures out into French schools during October and November, with around 250 individual events set to reach 25,000 children, and takes part in a number of family-oriented events across the country.
