Kingston Companies, the parent company of Kingston and Associates Marketing, has promoted Bill Tanner to the position of senior vice-president of finance.
Tanner joined Kingston in 2000 as assistant controller and has close to two decades of accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory experience, according to a press release from the company.
Tanner has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Idaho State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kingston & Associates Marketing is one of the largest distributors and marketers of produce products including fresh potatoes, onions, lettuce, broccoli, sweet pineapples, and much more.
Kingston Cross Dock and Cold Storage is a state-of-the-art produce storage and shipping facility in Pompano Beach, Florida.
The group’s Associated Trucking arm also provides refrigerated, non-refrigerated, and flatbed transportation to all 48 states in the continental US, serving the fresh produce, nursery, furniture and other industries.
