This year’s event will feature a special focus on the Latin American apple industry

From 24-27 November, Bolzano will host the 14th edition of Interpoma, the only international trade fair dedicated exclusively to the apple sector.
Among the highlights of this year’s event, Interpoma Congress 2026 will feature a special focus on Latin America, a region that is becoming increasingly strategic for understanding the evolution of the international apple industry.
The session ‘Regional opportunities and global challenges: Latin America in focus’ will offer up-to-date insights into some of the most interesting production areas in the global apple landscape, with contributions dedicated to Brazil, Mexico and Chile.
The evolution of production systems, competitiveness, domestic markets, exports, climate change, logistics and new commercial strategies will all be up for debate.
“Interpoma offers a unique opportunity to observe the apple sector from an international and Latin American perspective, bringing together production experiences, shared challenges and development opportunities for the entire supply chain,” the organiser said.
Registration for the Interpoma Congress 2026 is now open. Tickets can be purchased at the discounted Early Bird rate of €72 until 31 August.
