Improvement driven by increased sales of bananas, kiwifruit, citrus and fresh-cut product
Orsero posted a net profit of €31.4mn for the first nine months of 2025, up 19 per cent compared to the same period last year. Adjusted net profit reached €32.9mn, an increase of 19.4 per cent on the year-earlier period.

Net revenues totalled €1.3bn, up 11 per cent compared to almost €1.2bn in 2024. The company said the improvement was driven by the distribution business unit, which recorded increased volumes and revenues across various product categories, including bananas, kiwifruit, citrus and fresh-cut products.
Adjusted Ebitda stood at €74.6mn, up 12 per cent compared to the €66.9mn posted in the first nine months of 2024, with a margin of 5.8 per cent. The company said the improvement in margins reflects the solid performance of the distribution business unit and the more than 30 per cent growth of the shipping business unit, supported in particular by the positive performance of the dry-cargo segment.
Adjusted Ebit totalled €46.8mn, up 13 per cent on the € 41.3mn posted in the first nine months of 2024.
Net financial position was €109.1mn at 30 September, compared to €111.2mn at 31December, 2024.
